LucidAgent is operated by Lucid Ventures LLC. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Your email address, which we use to sign you in and to contact you about the service or a request you send us.
Session cookies (httpOnly) that keep you signed in. These are required for authentication and are not used for tracking.
Operational usage logs — things like which pages and endpoints are requested — that we use to keep the service running and to diagnose problems.
Payments
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch LucidAgent servers. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Stripe.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Data retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you close your account, we delete it.
Authentication request logs are pruned within 48 hours.
